“My travels have richly deposited a cultural exchange in my approach to hair design which I utilize while I service my salon clients and when creating looks for editorial work. I like to use past trends from the 60s and 70s of different cultures and adapt them in the commercial environment adding a distinctive modern flair. This activity gives me a reference to shelf in my imagination which I can access when working on clients or teaching classes to professional hairdressers."
